Axel Cramer - CEO
Axel is an international impact investor and serial entrepreneur. He seeks to build capacity to develop beautiful, sustainable, modern communities. Axel graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Mathematics and minor in Music, then later with a Masters in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He is founder of Thought Lounge (dialogue), ULISES (wellness), LoveMore Investments (impact investing), and LoveMore Group (management consultancy).
Dane Hollar - COO
A San Diego State graduate with a Mechanical Engineering degree, Dane has vested himself as a well versed superintendent/project manager in the construction world. With experience in many commercial projects (such as Costco, Cinemark and Harkins Theaters, Burlington), Dane has attributed the values of constant communication with clients, vendors and subcontractors to his success of delivering projects on schedule.
